  • Original tags: All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Original packaging: Items should be returned in original packaging when possible
  • Proof of purchase: Include your order confirmation or receipt
  • Hygiene items: For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Items damaged by normal wear and tear

  • Items without original tags or in unsellable condition

5. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are typically the customer's responsibility
  • Defective Items: We'll cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items
  • Free Returns: Occasionally offered during promotional periods
  • Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns over $100

6. Refund Process

7. Exchanges

We're happy to help with exchanges for different sizes or colors:

  • Same Item: Free exchanges for the same item in different size/color (subject to availability)

9. International Returns

Currently, we only ship within Canada. All returns must be shipped back to our Canadian facility. International customers are responsible for:
