You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange. We recommend initiating your return as soon as possible to ensure it falls within our return window.

• Original tags: All original tags and labels must be attached

• Hygiene items: For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized items
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Gift cards and digital products
• Items damaged by normal wear and tear
• Items returned after 30 days
• Items without original tags or in unsellable condition

• Defective Items: We'll cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items

6. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we made an error)

7. Exchanges

We're happy to help with exchanges for different sizes or colors:

• Same Item: Free exchanges for the same item in different size/color (subject to availability)
• Different Item: Return original item and place a new order
• Price Differences: You'll be charged or refunded any price difference
• Processing Time: Exchanges typically take 7-10 business days

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• We'll cover all costs for return shipping and replacement

9. International Returns

Currently, we only ship within Canada. All returns must be shipped back to our Canadian facility. International customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping costs and customs fees
• Ensuring items comply with customs regulations
• Any duties or taxes incurred during return shipping

10. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

• Document the damage with photos before opening
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Keep all packaging materials for inspection
• We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly

11. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to refunds:

• Store credit never expires
• Can be used for future purchases on miyugolf.com
• May be offered for returns outside the normal return window
• Transferable to friends and family
